Brice Ratchford relating to academic planning and Role and Scope specifically. Topics of discussion deal with; the Administrative Fiscal Council, the Benchmark Committee, and the Evaluation Steering Committee; distinguished professorships, faculty responsibility and evaluation, graduate teaching assistants, ..., open university, quality statements. These are draft statements pertaining to Ratchford's "Preface to Decision" and "Agenda for Action", plus his Role and Scope. Also included are typed and collated copies of the Academic Plan, Parts II and III, submitted in March 1975 by all campuses relating to Research Extension Planning.
